Sicer sploh ne spremljam sojenja, mi je bil pa zanimiv članek o izbiri nepristranske porote, ki jo je težko dobit, ker so skoraj vsi sezanjeni s sojenjem:

TMZ je izdal del vprašanj, ki bodo poskušala nardit selekcijo med porotniki:
With jury selection beginning tomorrow in the manslaughter case involving Michael Jackson's death .... TMZ has learned ... Dr. Conrad Murray is targeting 12 men and/or women who take responsibility for their actions ... this according to the defense jury questionnaire.
One of the more revealing questions: "Do you believe patients have the responsibility to tell their doctors about their complete past and current social habits, including use of drugs, alcohol and prescription medications?"
A central part of Dr. Murray's defense is that Michael Jackson was a hard-core Propofol addict who hid his drug dependence from the doc ... thus Murray wasn't operating with full knowledge.
Other questions laser in on what people think of the case, with a heavy emphasis on social media.
-- Do you have a blog? If so, describe.
-- Are you active on social networks. If so, which?
The answers will lead Murray's lawyers to spontaneous comments of prospective jurors that could be more revealing than answers they give in court.
And the questionnaire asks: "Do you financially support others outside your immediate family?"
Dr. Murray has had money troubles that could make him sympathetic to certain jurors.
Other questions include: "At what age should a person be held accountable for their decisions, actions and consequences."
The defense is looking for people who believe in personal responsibility, such as small business owners.

Pastor is not the first judge to rant about TMZ's aggressive tactics in gaining access to court secrets. The judge handling the Lindsay Lohan theft case recently suggested the CIA could learn from TMZ.
Efforts by CNN Thursday to reach a spokesman for TMZ for comment were not immediately successful.
Judge Pastor, in open court at the beginning of the day, said he was disturbed to see the online report Wednesday afternoon because of "the potential for mischief that happens, and the real potential for skewing information and impacting juries with areas of concern that they feel they might have to answer a certain way."
He called defense and prosecution lawyers into his chambers to discuss the leak.
Defense lawyer Ed Chernoff, according to the transcript, said after some checking he realized the five questions published by TMZ were the same questions submitted to him by a "media company" he hired.
"One of the employees has leaked those questions," Chernoff said. "Now, I mean, obviously, they are fired."
TMZ attributed the information to "sources who have seen the jury questionnaire."
While TMZ did obtain inside information, they were only "draft questions," he said.
"None of those questions, thankfully in retrospect, made it to the jury questionnaire," Chernoff said.
The judge dropped the matter, calling it "history." He said he believed the defense lawyers' explanation that they were not responsible for the leak.
Na hitro povzeto, Murrayevi odvetniki so zanikal, da bi sami posredoval vprašanja TMZju, to naj bi po njihovo storil medijski team, ki so ga najel...zdaj naj bi bli akterji že odpuščeni

Zdi se mi pomembno, da so nekje zbrane vse novice, vsi videoposnetki o sojenju.
Ker sem si pogledal samo odlomke mi ni jasno niti na kakšno karto zdej igra obramba (po ogledu pričanja Ortege), ker predstavlja dokaze o izčrpanosti Michaela, čeprav so prej trdili, da je bil v top kondiciji,boljši kot kadarkoli prej.
Prilepil bom posnetke sojenje (ne vem če so vsi...), prilepljeni bodo samo part 1, copy pastate naslov v search in spremenite številko dela.
