If anyone wants to order a book from www.amazon.com or www.createspace.com/3421617 , the book is $10.00 and I'm not sure of the postage. I think there is none in the US, but I'm not sure about out of country. Zvetzlana, how did you order your copy?

I bought the book on Amazon United Kingdom, so the post costs are not the same.
Could you ask in your post office?
